• release information  There are ONLY three episodes of the OVA, so please don't ask me what happened after eps 3. They were released on DVD and VHS, costs approximately $60 each, and has been bootlegged, fansubbed and commercialized (subbed and dubbed) since. It covers the entire Assiah Arc in the manga which is basically volumes 1-3 and a little into 4, up to the point where Setsuna goes to Hades searching for Sara's soul, so obviously it leaves off at an unsatisfying end. People who wants to know what happens afterwards needs to go read the manga because I am 99.9% sure that they are not going to make a whole TV series out of this. The reasons are complicated but basically it's because AS is too dark and mature for general audience. I'm not talking about incest, or adult content kind of maturity, but it involves a lot of psychological problems. You can read the "issues and comments" section for that.
